  • 8/4 cotton yarn (weight/length: 50 g = approx 160 m)

  • Teddy bear stuffing

  • Piece of cardboard and glue

CAKE BOTTOM

Hook 2.50 mm - yarn: Brown

1. round: Start with 12 dc in magic ring

2. round: 1 inc in each stitch (24)

3. round: *1 dc, 1 inc* (36)

4. round: *2 hdc, 1 inc* (48)

5. round: Crab stitch all the way around.

Cut the yarn and fasten off.

TOP

Hook 2.50 mm - yarn: Any color you'd like

​

1. round: Start with 6 sc in magic ring

2. round: 1 inc in each stitch (12)

3. round: *1 sc, 1 inc* (18)

4. round: *2 sc, 1 inc* (24)

5. round: *3 sc, 1 inc* (30)

6. round: *4 sc, 1 inc* (36)

7. round: *5 sc, 1 inc* (42)

8. round: *6 sc, 1 inc* (48)

9-17. round: 1 sc in each stitch (48) - 9 rounds

Cut the yarn, but leave a long tail.

"WHIPPED CREAM"

Hook 2.50 mm - yarn: White

​

Chain 30, and start in the third loop from the hook:

1. row: 2 hdc in each stitch (56)

2. row: 2 hdc in each stitch (112)

​

Fasten off all ends. Cut a piece of the same yarn and sew it through the chains. Pull tight from both ends, so that it ripples. Tie it, and cut of one end. The other you will use for assembling.

​

CHERRY

Hook 2.00 mm - yarn: Pink'red'ish

​

1. round: Start with 6 sc in magic ring

2. round: *1 inc* x 6 (12)

3. round: *1 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (18)

4. round: *5 sc, 1 inc* x 3 (21)

5.-7. round: *1 sc in each stitch* (21) - 3 rounds

8. round: *5 sc, 1 dec* x 3 (18)

9. round: *1 sc, 1 dec* x 6 (12) - start filling

10. round: *1 dec* x 6 (6)

Sew the last stitches together and sew off. Chain 15, and make 1 ss in each stitch. This is the stem. Sew it on to the cherry through the top.

​

 

HEART

Hook 2.00 mm - yarn: Light pink

​

Make a magic ring. Chain 3 - Into the magic ring, make 3 tr, 4 dc, 1 tr, 4 dc, 3 tr. Ch 2, and finish with a ss into the magic ring. Pull the ring tight, and fasten off all ends.

​

 

ASSEMBLING

Cut a round piece of cardboard, and glue it to the wrong side of the cake bottom.

Sew the "whipped cream" on to the cake top, and add the cherry in the middel. You can add the heart if you want. Make the white decoration by crocheting slip stitches between round 16 and 17 on the cake top.

 

Fill the cake top and sew it together with the bottom so that the crab stitch is still showing.

 

You can add sprinkles if you wish.

​

Slå 30 lm op og start i 3. maske fra nålen:

1. række: 2 hstgm i hver maske (56)

2. række: 2 hstgm i hver maske (112)

Hæft alle enderne. Klip et stykke garn og sy det igennem maskerne fra din lm-række. Træk fra begge ender, så det kruser. Bind de to ender sammen, og klip den af den ene ende. Den anden skal du bruge til at sy "flødeskummen" på kagen.

KIRSEBÆR

Nål 2.00 mm - garn: Rød'pink'ish

​

1. omgang: Start med 6 fm i magisk ring (6)

2. omgang: *1 udtag* x 6 (12)

3.omgang: *1 fm, 1 udtag* x 6 (18)

4.omgang: *5 fm, 1 udtag* x 3 (21)

5.-7.omgang: *1 fm i hver maske* (21) - 3 omgange 

8.omgang: *5 fm, 1 indtag* x 3 (18)

Sy de sidste masker sammen og hæft af. Slå 15 lm op og lav 1 km i hver maske. Dette er din kirsebærstængel. Sy denne på kirsebæret gennem toppen.

 

HJERTE

Nål 2.00 mm - garn: Lyserød

​

Slå en magisk ring op. Lav 3 lm - i ringen hækler du: 3 dstgm, 4 stgm, 1 dstgm, 4 stgm, 3 dstgm. Lav 2 lm, og afslut med en km i den magiske ring. Træk ringen til, og hæft alle ender.

 

MONTERING​

Klip et rundt stykke pap, og lim det fast på vrangsiden af kagebunden. Sy "flødeskummet" på kagetoppen, og tilføj kirsebær i midten. Du kan tilføje hjertet hvis du ønsker. Lav den hvide dekoration ved at hækle kædemasker mellem omgang 16 og 17 på kagetoppen.

 

Fyld kagetoppen og sy den sammen med bunden, så krabbemaskerne stadig vises. Du kan tilføje krymmel, hvis du ønsker det.
