Hook size 2.5 mm · Scissors and needle · 8/4 cotton yarn (weight/length: 50 g = approx 160 m) · Teddy bear stuffing, piece of cardboard and glue
PIE CRUST
Yarn: Brown
1.round: Start with 6 sc in magic ring (6)
2.round: *1 inc* x 6 (12)
3.round: *1 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (18)
4.round: *2 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (24)
5.round: *3 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (30)
6.round: *4 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (36)
7.round: *5 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (42)
8.round: 1 sc in each stitch working in the back looop (42)
9.-10.round: 1 sc in each stitch (42) - 2 rounds
11. round: *6 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (48)
12.round: 1 sc in each stitch (48)
13.round: *7 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (54)
Cut the yarn, and leave string for assembling. Cut out a cardboard piece (4,5 cm i diameter) and glue it to the inside bottom of the tart.
BERRY TOP
Note: Do the puff stitch (PS) as you normally would, but stop when there are 4 loops on your hook.
Yarn: Any color you desire.

9.round: *7 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (54)
Change color to your tart-color
10.round: 1 crab stitch in each loop all the way around.
Cut the yarn and fasten off.

"WHIPPED CREAM"
Chain 17, and start in the third loop from the hook:
1.row: 2 hdc in each stitch (30)
2.row: 2 hdc in each stitch (60)
Fasten off all ends. Cut a piece of the same yarn and sew it through the chains. Pull tight from both ends, so that it ripples. Tie it, and cut off one end. The other you will use for assembling.
ASSEMBLING
Cut a piece of cardboard that matches the circumference of the tart bottom. Glue it to the inside. Fill the pie-crust and sew on the top. Sew it on between the last round on the crust and the 9th and 10th round on the top. Sew or glue on the whipped cream.

"FLØDESKUM"
Slå 17 lm op og start i 3. maske fra nålen:
1.række: 2 hstgm i hver maske (30)
2.række: 2 hstgm i hver maske (60)
Hæft alle ender. Klip et stykke garn i samme farve og sy det igennem din lm-kæde. Træk til fra begge ender så det danner flæser. Bind de to ender sammen, så flæsen ikke går op. Klip den ene ende, men behold den anden til montering.
MONTERING
Klip et stykke pap, der passer til tærtebundens omkreds. Lim det fast på indersiden. Fyld tærtebunden og sy på toppen. Sy den på mellem sidste omgang på skorpen og 9. og 10. omg på toppen. Sy eller lim flødeskummet på.
