Hook size 2.5 mm · Scissors and needle · Cotton yarn (1.8 oz (50 g) = approx 175 yds (160 m)) · Polystyrene foam eggs 4 cm and gold yarn for decoration
EARS

2.rd: 1 inc x 4 (8)
3.rd: 1 sc in each stitch (8)
4.rd: 1 sc, 1 inc x 4 (12)
5-.9.rd: 1 sc in each stitch (12) - 5 rounds
10.rd: 1 sc, 1 dec x 4 (8)
Crochet the ear together along the bottom through both sides with 3-4 single crochets. Fold the ear lengthwise and sew the bottom. Leave a long string for assembling. Make 2 pcs.
EGG
Yarn: The color you wish.
1.rd: Start with 6 sc in magic ring (6)
2.rd: 1 inc x 6 (12)
3.rd: 1 sc in each stitch (12)
4.rd: 1 sc, 1 inc x 6 (18)
5.-6.rd: 1 sc in each stitch (18) - 2 rounds
7.rd: 2 sc, 1 inc x 6 (24)
8.-12.rd: 1 sc in each stitch (24) - 5 rounds
Fill in the egg
13.rd: 2 sc, 1 dec x 6 (18)
14.rd: 1 sc in each stitch (18)
15.rd: 1 sc, 1 dec x 6 (12)
Cut the yarn and leave a bit of string to sew the last part. Sew through the front loop all the way around and pull tight. Fasten off. Sew on the ears on top and add string for hanging.
