TOOLS & MATERIALS

Hook size 2.5 mm · Scissors and needle · 8/4 cotton yarn (weight/length: 50 g = approx 160 m)


You can choose any color combination you'd like for this work - and make all kinds af decorations.

 

BOTTOM

Yarn: Brown. Join every round with a ss and start with 1 chain

1.rd: Start with 6 sc in magic ring (6)

2.rd: 1 inc x 6 (12)

3.rd: 1 sc, 1 inc x 6 (18)

4.rd: 2 sc, 1 inc x 6 (24)

5.rd: 3 sc, 1 inc x 6 (30)

6.rd: 1 sc, (3 dc), 1 sc x 10 (50)

Cut the yarn and leave long string for assembling. 


TOP

Yarn: Color of your choice. The rounds are not joined, but crocheted in a spiral.

1.rd: Start with 6 sc in magic ring (6)

2.rd: 1 inc x 6 (12)

3.rd: 1 sc, 1 inc x 6 (18)

4.rd: 2 sc, 1 inc x 6 (24)

5.rd: 3 sc, 1 inc x 6 (30)

Yarn: Brown

6.rd: 1 loose ss in each stitch (30) - working in the back loop!

7.rd: 1 sc, (3 dc), 1 sc x 10 (50)

Cut the yarn and fasten off all ends. 


ASSEMBLING

Start by decorating the top cookie however you like — you can crochet a spiral, add sprinkles, sew on frosting, or any other detail you prefer.


Place the two cookie pieces together with the wrong sides facing each other, and use the long yarn tail to sew through both loops on both sides. I like to sew around the piece twice to make the stitching look neat and even.

MONTERING

Begynd med at pynte top småkagen, præcis som du har lyst – du kan hækle en spiral, tilføje krymmel, sy glasur på eller noget helt andet.


Læg de to småkager sammen med vrangsiderne mod hinanden, og brug den lange garnende til at sy gennem begge løkker på begge sider. Jeg syer hele vejen rundt to gange for at få en jævn og pæn sammensyning.
